Scarlatelli, P.A. is a small boutique immigration law practice based in Sarasota, on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Donna Scarlatelli began her career in the immigration field with the U.S. Refugee Program in Singapore and Indonesia. She has been involved in immigration services since 1979 and has successfully helped thousands of people from all over the world come to live and work in the United States. She is founder and publisher of Florida Gulf Coast Immigration Magazine, and Coming to America Magazine. Her articles appear in various publications around the world.
Donna is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker at seminars, professional association meetings, sponsored events and trade shows both here in the US and in Europe. She is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and is an executive member of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI).
Ms. Scarlatelli is known not only for her ability to think outside the box; developing the best possible strategy for her clients focussing on their personal circumstances, but also her practical and human approach with her clients.
