Center for U.S. Immigration Services (CFUIS) provides immigration solutions to families and businesses. CFUIS practice is exclusive and limited to immigration law and relocation services.

As director of the Center, an immigrant myself, and having represented immigrants in their efforts to achieve their American dream for over seventeen years, I know how necessary immigration attorneys are to the process. Immigration law is one of the most complex areas of law in the United States, and the majority of applications and petitions filed without an attorney are denied. An experienced immigration attorney gives you the best chance of success by evaluating your case, anticipating legal issues, designing solutions to complicated legal problems, eliminating confusion, and cutting through red tape and excessive paperwork.

When you retain us as your immigration lawyers, you benefit from our years of experience, legal training, knowledge of the latest changes to the law, and personal and professional relationships with government officers. Our attorneys have extensive experience in family, asylum, deportation defense, and employment and business-related immigration services. Many clients come to us after attempting to handle their cases without an attorney, resulting in unexpected but avoidable risks and significant financial costs down the road. By hiring us to handle your case from beginning to end, you gain the advantage of our knowledge, professional reputation, and relationships with immigration officers and consular offices worldwide.

For our investors clients, while the Center cannot recommend particular regional centers or projects for investment, we can critically review, analyze, and present information available to us regarding the immigration approval history for specific regional centers or projects upon request. We also represent businesses that bring foreign workers to the United States, a process that can be complicated and time-consuming for non-attorneys. We assist in minimizing challenges and improving the chances of approval of employment visas for potential foreign employees. In addition to helping foreign employees get to the United States, we provide USCIS compliance assistance to businesses.

If you have any immigration-related service needs, please schedule an appointment with one of our experienced attorneys today.
