The mission of Jacob L. Ratzan, P.A. is to help U.S. employers hire foreign nationals in compliance with U.S. immigration laws; to help foreign nationals live and work lawfully in the United States; and to help U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents live in the United States with their foreign-born relatives.
We concentrate on employment-based green card applications (e.g., PERM), investor visas, extraordinary ability petitions, family-based green card applications, petitions under the Violence Against Women Act (“VAWA”), nonimmigrant visas (e.g., E, H-1B, K, L, O, P, R), mandamus actions for delayed applications, waivers of inadmissibility, consular processing, asylum, detained aliens, and representation in removal (deportation) proceedings.
