Roger A. Bernstein handles a wide variety of immigration-related issues. He focuses his practice on corporate non-immigrant and immigrant visas for relocations to the U.S. and abroad, as well as consular processing. He spent six years with the U.S. Department of Justice, serving as an INS trial attorney, sector counsel to the INS' Inspections and Investigations Divisions and INS Asylum Officer.
